Luccini Gold Shoes Fancy Ribbon Bow Shoes

I bought these off someone but they are too small. They have been worn twice, plenty to life left to them! They are a company from Spain. Size 28 European which is supposed to be an 11 US but I think they fit more like a 10 or 10.5. Please ask any questions needed. This brand usually goes for around $100 brand new.
