Lucky Brand Emmie ballet flats

Icky Brand Emmie ballet flats. Black and Tan/beige woven pattern. Good condition but there are some loose threads in the shoe as well as an area that it is torn (right shoe, see pic). Plenty of life left. Also some dinginess of inside of heel. Tried to take a pic of it. Open to offers!
