Lucky Brand This top may run a bit smaller than most 1X tops. The tag says Dry Clean, but, I did wash it. It looks good, but, may have shrunk a bit. Measures: Bust, laying flat and unstretched: 19 1/2 inches. There is stretch in fabric, so, could fit a bit larger bust. Length, 26 inches Sleeves have a tie at the end, and, when tightened, there is ruching for an attractive look.
