Lucky Brand Striped Blue and White Bell Sleeve Smocked Dress 2X

Reposhing this item I purchased from @thefashionash. Loved it, but the shoulders just don't suit me :-( 100% Cotton, skirt is lined (light cotton too i think) Blue and white striped Smocked top and sleeves Bell sleeves Swingy gauzy fabric Harder than some dresses to measure...... approx 35" from top of neckline to hem. with top not stretched out, approx 20" across, but there is a LOT of stretch in the shirred top! easily 5-8 extra inches if needed Questions?
