Lucky Brand velvet top

Very cool and unique velvet top from Lucky Brand, Size XS. Black velvet with subtle lines for detail. Has straps to hold the top up and then a cold shoulder type of style where the sleeve sits off the shoulder. Only worn one time so in excellent condition. It is a size XS...in my opinion, it fits more like a small. This is the perfect piece to transition into cooler weather. And this would be a great choice for NYE with a long sparkly necklace. So pretty.
