Lucky Brand white jeggings

Lucky Brand Ginger straight leg These are jeggings, not jeans. I bought these on poshmark & I wear a 14W in lucky brand Ginger jeans but these fit much slimmer & I couldn't close them. I tried to return them but neither the seller nor poshmark would let me. I think calling these jeans was misleading, they definitely fit like jeggings and the front pockets are faux and don't open. So to clarify, they are 14W but fit like a jegging, not jeans. I'm tempted to list them as a regular 14.
