daco8117 I really want the skirt and I was thinking that it would fit me but now I'm confused your tape measure is not showing very good because it doesn't show that end of the dress on the waist it just goes up to 13 so is that saying that the waste is only for 14 or what I have it in Peach in a size for 14 and it's way too big but I don't know if I could go clear down to eight I got a 30-in twice I do believe
