New without box. These run small according to manufacturer Lucky and they state order 1/2 size up on their site (hence listing these 12s as 11.5). I just ordered these and need to reposh because I have an overly high instep. These are beautiful boots but just putting them on pushes so hard on my instep that I took them to the cobbler and as soon as they saw hem said nope cannot do any stretching since there is a zipper. I want to 😭 these are soo cute. My loss is your gain. I am losing on these.

ng0413 @only1renee it all depends on your foot. If you have a narrow foot they might fit, but then I ordered them completely dismissing the instep (arch). They are tight for sure. I would suggest trying them on at the store. I don’t want you to have experience like mine.
