deenanelson Ok then Ron said the puppy has been recalled because of a manufacturer defect ( being that he's just to darn cute ) and needs to be returned immediately to the manufacturer and will be returned at a later date to be determined by said manufacturer. As we don't see the defect ever being fixed as it looks like he will always be absolutely adorable! 🐶💕

dealynogata @deenanelson So far his morning he's happily playing with Hunter and chasing kitties! He even likes to go downstairs with me for part of the morning and he plays with both of the big dogs! He thinks he's a big boy already lol! Oh yeah - and if he has started a great new "trick". If he makes a poo poo in the middle of the night, and I don't acknowledge it (because I'm sleeping) and give him a big "Good Boy Lucky", he now brings me the poo...to my bed...isn't that nice of him??? I'm trying to break him of that one real quick, but it's so hard because I totally get WHY he's doing it..."Here Mommy, you didn't see what I did over there so I'll show you what a good boy I am!". OMG - this puppy!!! Lol!!!

deenanelson I'm so happy you didn't adopt a intellectually challenged puppy. I would feel terrible! But I knew from the very beginning when he knew he could go from teet to teet until they were all empty and he was as wide as he was long lol!

dealynogata @deenanelson so after reading and seeing the stories about Purina Beneful Puppy Chow I decided to try giving Lucky the Blue Buffalo food we bought for him before we had picked him up. That little chow hound LOVED it!!! He DEVOURED his entire bowl in about 10 minutes! Poor starving puppy! I guess it's Blue Buffalo from now on!!! 🐶❤️

deenanelson Well of course the little Blue eyed Blue Merle would Love Blue buffalo puppy food and that's great that he loved it because he wasn't a big eater since being weaned. I was just glad the beneful didn't upset his little tummy. And that's what we had here from when we had the 12 pack of puppies. I know there's been times when Sugar was expecting and nursing that I would fix here home made chicken and rice or scrambled eggs with cottage cheese mixed in for extra nutrients. So I totally get you wanting the absolute best for little Lucky. We even had a family, the one that adopted 4 of Sugars babies have one that when they got her, for some reason she would throw up her food if she ate to fast, this is the little girl that was sitting, staying, and rolling over for treats at 3-4 months. Gosh I wish I had that video. But anyway, the vet thought she might have a reflux issue which would never go away which was weird because she was fine here. Well of course they refused me every time I offered a full refund and Julie would cook every one of her meals. And would hand feed her bites of chicken and rice and that seemed to work and after she grew a little more she started eating kibble without any issues, so I guess what I'm trying to say is I could actually see you doing the same thing if Lucky needed it so of course you found something better for him to eat. Your a great momma and that's what great mommas do! 🍃💖💕🐶💕💖🍃

It took every bit of my heart to hand that little guy over but I knew in my heart he was doing to a better home that we were able to give him right now. And thank you Dea for keeping us I touch with all the pictures and Video. It truly warms our hearts when we watch Lucky & Hunter playing. dealynogata @luvmyqh6 And you are absolutely right about Lucky being a little miracle. He actually was the only surviving puppy in what was a litter of four. The first was breech, Lucky was number two and was fine, but then tragedy struck when puppy number three got stuck in the birth canal. By the time the vet did an emergency c-section it was too late to save number three, and there was no heartbeat detected for number four. It was so sad, and our whole family felt horrible for @deenanelson and her fur baby family, especially since they made the difficult decision to spay the Momma, Sugar, so that she wouldn't have to go through any more painful deliveries. Our families literally "met" totally through Poshmark - if Deena hadn't posted pictures of her fur babies I would never have seen them while I was browsing her closet! We also feel a huge sense of divine intervention in this whole scenario, because sadly, we had just lost one of our own wonderful fur babies a few weeks before Lucky was born - we had to put our wonderful Shepherd/Husky mix Katie to sleep at the tender age of nearly 16. We were grieving terribly after losing her, but then this little puppy came along, and Deena was sending us pictures and videos of this cute little creature that was no bigger than a hamster lol! We hadn't been thinking about getting another dog at all - it was the furthest thing from all of our minds. We were all still too angry about losing our Katie. We loved Katie. We didn't WANT to love another dog. But this little puppy just came into our lives at precisely the right time, and he managed to soften everyone's heart. It didn't take long before we were asking if we could adopt that sweet, sole surviving, special little puppy...hence the name, Lucky! And we were so blessed that @deenanelson and her husband chose us to give Lucky his forever home! We still miss our Katie girl, but Lucky has definitely helped to ease the pain of our loss. And I think, in some way, Lucky helped everyone through the grief of losing not only our Katie, but the other three little angel puppies too. And we thank our angel Katie for bringing Lucky to us. Lucky is definitely special. He's AMAZINGLY smart! And he is so LOYAL. He gives us all something fun to look forward to each day. And that definitely helps. Lucky doesn't have a clue as to how "famous" he is, but thanks to Poshmark, he's kind of a celebrity! And no matter what, he'll always be our little superstar! <3

My little fur baby is about 15 1/2 years old. She's the only one I actually cook for - chicken or turkey, a teeny bit of vegetables....sometimes I share the chicken I make with her!
