Lucky blouse

Lucky print blouse in a peasant style, sits at hips. Loose style, machine washable. Has a scoop neckline with a long black tasseled tie which can be tied or untied. sleeves are loose with elastic at the wrists, slight silver decorative thread around neckline. Light enough for summer, but can be worn all season long as it's loose enough to be layered over turtle neck or worn under a jean jacket.
