Hey I saw ur low rating u left on shoes purchased. 🌟Steven leather shoes are really cute store display. Brand new. May had some scuffs marks on bottom sole. Wiped clean and wouldn’t. Be noticeable when worn. These were wrapped in glitter tissue and shipped out ASAP. Didn’t see ur cancel request until AFTER it was shipped out. Sorry I wasn’t able to respond sooner due to busy at other job. 1 star rating 😳really??

@incognitomoon they ended up fitting just fine so that’s not the problem. The problem is on top of one of the shoes is a black mark and the soles are so worn that it’s obvious they weren’t new. I wouldn’t have paid as much as I did if I knew about the black mark on top and how worn they were. I don’t sell my used shoes for what I bought them for at retail.

@incognitomoon your listing says nothing about the black mark on top of the one shoe and the soles are more worn then a normal display. It looks like they were worn outside and people can just wear the store display outside.

@rac93 there are close up pics of shoes. I didn’t see any black mark?? These are brand new. The tag label is even stapled on bottom by the store. Brand new. Not worn. Store display has the usual dust on bottom.

@incognitomoon yeah but can’t send you pics? I don’t know how to! The soles are just dusty they are worn down just like the tags are on the bottom. I don’t know how I can show you pics of the black mark on the one shoe but they are obvious marks I noticed them right away

@incognitomoon I rechecked the pics and they are taken further away with a the sun light on them yes you can see the black mark in them that’s why I bought them but once I opened them in the tissue paper the one has a black mark on the top of the shoe.
