julie1373 Does this run on larger or smaller? Also is the bottom portion fitted?

randisonenshine @julie1373 It’s pretty true to size. I usually wear an extra small petite, but I can wear this because of the drawstring waist. The bottom is not fitted. It’s very soft and stretchy, flowy material.

randisonenshine @julie1373 me too…pear-shaped, lol! The bottom is roomy. I’m not at home now, but I can take another picture of the bottom fanned out and take measurements.

randisonenshine @julie1373 Hi there. Sorry… it took me a little bit longer than I thought. I added two more pictures. You can see that the bottom part is wider. The hips stretch out to a comfortable 19” so that would be 38 inches or so. I hope this helps.
