Lucy Diamonds Plunge Cobalt Dress

This cobalt blue dress by Lucy Diamonds has a crossover plunge neckline, gold chain wrapped ribbon straps that tie in the back give it an edgy look, a cinched elastic waistband and flowy skirt makes it romantic, flirty and feminine. There is a solid under layer and sheer top layer, 100% polyester so it’s soft. Size 2X, and it fits true to size. I’m 5’7” and it hits me mid thigh.
