I bought these new with tags and have worn a few times. Some very minor rubbing of the print/piling in the crotch area (as shown in the photos). There is some stretch to the material. Measurements: The flat measurement right beneath the bib is about 20 inches flat. The hip measurement is about 23 inches flat. The top of the bib to the crotch is about 25 inches.
