Ludi x Victoria's Secret sequin halter/tube top dress

VGUC. Worn a few times. Has tie at the neck so it can be worn tied in the front or behind the neck halter-style. Also has adjustable spaghetti straps you can tuck away to wear it as a tube top. I'm 5'8" and it hits me mid-thigh. No obvious signs of damage or wear except small spot on the left side where there are some loose threads (pictured) but you can't see it when being worn.
