Luella Bartley Dress

Vintage Luella Bartley purchased from her collab at target in 2006. I wish this still fit me! However, my 17 year old body is gone :) Great condition. Only worn twice and has been hanging in my closet for quite some time. Perfect for a cocktail party, wedding, prom or homecoming. I removed the tag back in the day because it was sticking out. Skirt has volume with hidden tutu underneath.
