Stretchy cotton blazer. Unstructured for a more casual fit. Italian size 52R which would translate to 40/42R. Top of shoulder to bottom is 30 inches. P2P is 22 inches. Arm length is 25 from shoulder to bottom. Comes with extra buttons Small spot on cuff of one sleeve as shown in last pic. Never been altered or tailored.
