Cotton. Neck and arm openings are wide ribbed. Body is gauzy cotton floral/stripe print. Length from center of back is approx 26 inches and from center front is approx 23 inches. Not sure about size. It was purchased in Greece after my luggage was misplaced. I normally buy medium tops...
