This is such a cute cotton boho dress with embroidery throughout, blue fringed sleeves and hem. Blue cotton tie at neck, pullover style. Has pockets. Very lightweight and soft cotton. I think this is anthropology brand. Meant to be loosely worn. Unlined. Great beach cover up or can be belted and worn with sandals out. 34-36" bust , 36" W, 39" L.
