@kstovall525 hi there I am so incredibly sorry! things have been crazy and it completely slipped my mind! we have had our house under construction! the measurements from the back of the neck to the back bottom (longest point) is 34 1/2 inches.
the front of the collar to bottom front is 32inches
There is no material content tag. it is stretchy cotton like material not slinky. its soft with good stretch. that would be my description.
