LulaRoe Solid Black Cici Dress size M NWT

NWT LulaRoe Cici in solid black. No rips or stains. Never worn. Beautiful flounce off-the-shoulder dress! The sleeves are versatile and can be worn up, off-the-shoulder, with one down (demonstrated in one of the pictures), or even completely strapless. The material is comfy and stretchy, without being see-through and the style is very figure flattering! I wanted this dress to work so badly for me, but I wasn't sure on sizing and I feel more comfortable with a different size.
