livnjer2006 @th2219 I can tell by the waffleing on the material:) thanks . I noticed it says runs small is this an issue with the dress ? Or just the cut can be snug ? I have about 6 Amelia's and they are form fitting but can still manage the XL and I'm a 14/16. Thanks!

th2219 @livnjer2006 I measured across the dress from armpit to armpit and that is 18.5 inches. The smallest part of the waist where the seam is located is somewhere between 15.5 and 15.75 inches.
