Lularoe CiCi flounce dress solid Black 3XL Ruffled hem on or off shoulder style

This is a NWOT LulaRoe Cici dress that was introduced on the LulaRoe Caribbean cruise. It is a fun style in a size 3 XL. It is being shown on a size 6 mannequin who is very curvy. In my pictures it is belted, but the belt is not included in this sale. This size will fit comfortably on a size 18 up to a size 26 depending on how you like your fit. I removed the tags when I purchased this from a Facebook live sale, but I never wore it. It can be worn on or off the shoulder or even on one shoulder. I've seen it styled several different ways and they all look really cute.
