Lululemon Casual Button Up Collared ... Jacket ?

this is peak athleisure wear folks. I think when I purchased it I didn't know it was kind of a jacket, and I live in New Orleans so I only wore it maybe a couple times in the winter. is it a jacket or is it a casual button up shirt? I can find no physical defects. I really like the reflective stripes. you'd be a fool to hit somebody looking this bright and cool in the winter in their casual button up shirt while walking their dogs.
