This is an early 2000's (2003/2004) lululemon raincoat. XS Black. Only worn a handful of times. Been in the closet. In good shape. The coat is thin and slim with a warmer inner lining. drawstring waist inside. bicep is 7" across. See the picture for waist measurments. Hits above knee on me. Im 5'4. Very flattering and functional.
