This is a versatile piece! I bought it new in Vancouver a few years ago, It can be worn as a dress, one shoulder dress, skirt, scarf or top, and it’s reversible so you you have multiple color options. Really cute, in good pre-owned condition, see pics. No size on it, but it would fit a wide range of body sizes and shapes, I took a picture on me for reference, I am a size 8. It’s stretchy soft material, like a big tube with a hole in one side. When laid flat it measures 18” wide and 45” long (unstretched).
