kgirl0106 @claire2008 in my opinion it is not a dark navy because a dark navy to me is almost black... they are a true navy in my color opinions lol I took a picture of them and posted it to try to get the color across if you want to look. They are my favorite color of Tight Stuff. There is no care tag. They have been worn once, washed on delicate cycle with my other lulu once after use and then hung to dry.
