Hi Laurie! I would love to take these off your hands but am concerned about Lulu Lemon’s reputation for undersizing pants - buying a 10 that’s more like an 8. Have you tried these? Are they truly roomy? Thx! Jess

@jlwwry hi Jess! I think they are pretty roomy for a size 10, they fit me great overall but I am 5‘11“ tall and they were just a bit too short for me. Measured with the drawstring not tied at all the elastic waistband measures 34 inches, and the hips measure 42 inches. Hope this helps, thanks for your interest! 😊Laurie
