Very soft and comfortable material- “modal” which is similar to the older version of softstreme fabric from lulu!! 😍 Pit to pit 21” Shoulder to hem 16.5” at the shortest, 19.5” at the longest (back has a flattering arch to the cut so it’s a little longer on the sides, shorter in the middle).
