This item has been sold out on a long time ago due to its popularity. This one is without tag, new never worn (except for trying once). The color is true navy, matches almost any bra color. The scalloped hem with mesh detailing is very flattering! I tried once, but I am a bit too short for it still so it gathered around my ankle instead of calf. Recommend inseam length at least 25 inch to have the best effect! It looks very nice on the model (see pictures above)
