I'm not sure of the name. These are bell bottoms and really flare at the bottom. They are higher waisted and look super cute on. Minor pilling, if any, see pics.

mromero8 @auty1977 a six in lululemon is a small. I am a 4-6 in jeans a as well, and these are true to size. The inseam is about 33". But lululemon does complementary hemming. :). Hope this helps.
