Fabric is 70% poly 30% cotton seersucker with alternating navy, green & white thin stripes. Right side zip entry. Gorgeous unique top! Machine wash, dry flat. Very good used condition. One small flaw: pull in fabric back side above front hem, not visible from front (see last photo). Price reflects. Women’s Size Medium.
