Adorable black halter top romper with adjustable tie back. Brass grommets at trim of neck and arms on front and back. Pockets!! Perfect for summer, a fabulous addition to any vacation wardrobe!! Only getting rid of it because I have SEVEN black rompers (!!!), and I need to downsize. Only worn once, so in like-new condition. No signs of wear.
