Lulu's Black Cutout Floral Print Dress

NWOT never worn mini brat pack dress with pink floral print. Padded shoulders lead into a sexy, deep V neckline framed by angular open side cutouts, and a banded waist breaks into a flare bottom Hidden back zipper/hook clasp. Skirt is lined. *I cut out all the tulle (3rd pic) which I no longer have because the skirt had too much extra "poof" underneath making it appear even shorter. The dress is just fine without it but it can easily be added as well, if need be. Approx. 32" long
