sgarris22 @reneelarson hi - the dress measures 13.5” across chest area, 12” across at the top of the waist area, and 15.5” across the hips area. This is lying flat, so these measurements could be stretched. The chest area is very fitted though. The hip area will be able to be stretched the most. I usually wear a size 4-6, I’m a 32DD bra, and 140lbs and this dress fit perfect. hope this helps you 💕
