This brand new Lulu’s dress has a halter shaped top with a straight down fabric flow. The material is quality; It’s lined with a comfortable inner layer, and the outside has a tulle/sheer feel to it. The dress itself will not make you hot. It’s sleeveless and the fabric gives you room to breathe. There is a little lace border at the bottom. The back is also slightly cut open vertically.
