Lulus Black Open Back Bell Sleeve Boho Mini Dress

Lulus flowy black mini dress. Has a wide scoop neck and long bell sleeves with lace arm detail. A deep V back with tie at neckline dress is fully lined Size tag is missing on dress. I purchased it at a re-sale shop and their tag says it is size L. I never wore the dress and re-sale tag is still attached.
