mm1000745 @kelly11768 Hi! I would say that this dress would be a true size X-Small and Small. This is due to the fact that it has a flowy skirt as well as the stretch waistband, making this a good fit for both. I am a true size small, but, went with the X-Small because I have a smaller bust and was afraid that the size small would be too big in the bust area.
