nat305919 @sharktopia hi! So it’s hard to say the exact measurements since it’s a wrap skirt, there’s more wiggle room with the waistline. As it’s high waisted, it sits more above the hips and you can tighten it if need be or make it more loose. I’ve updated the photos so you can see the measurements but I say it’s about ~26-27 inches? And that can be tighten or loosen to fit better! Hope this helps, let me know if you want more photos or clearer explanation :)
