Lulu's Blue Floral Halter Tie Dress

This adorable dress is perfect for a day party, or bridal/baby shower! It is a royal blue color with orange and yellow flowers covering the front and the back. It has a halter neckline that can tie in a knot or bow in the back. The back has a v-cutout that shows some of your back-- but you can still wear a strapless bra without it showing.
