Wrap Dress Lined to mid thigh. Top was not see through. Flutter, split sleeves 18" shoulder width 23" bust width (underarm to underarm) Adjustable 15-19" waist 60" long (shoulder to bottom of dress) Fits true to size. I typically wear a large but they did not have my size. The XL still fit and was just more flowy. Excellent used condition. Only worn once.
