Reposhing this item I purchased from @jkaddy. This dress is just a hare too small for me as I am a size 6. This is true to size small, the lining stretches but the overlay has very little stretch. I think this would fit a size 2/4 beautifully. This dress is soooo beautiful! Brand new with tags, never worn. Measurements lying flat Waist- 13.5 inches across Bust (at widest) 15.5inches across Length strap to hem 45.5inches long Hips (at widest) 17.5 inches
