This is a New Lulus Maxi Dress. It looks almost Hawaiian. It is Navy blue with Floral Print. It has 2 adjustable Spaghetti Straps on each shoulder (see picture) and it Faux Wraps to the left, which creates Ruched detail and a Split on the front/left. It is also lined and zips up the back.
