Lulu’s Exquisite Black Floral Burnout Velvet Strapless Maxi Dress

Brand new, never worn! Just chose a different dress for a wedding, but too late to return. Luxe velvet, with a burnout moody floral print throughout, shapes this dress that has a strapless sweetheart neckline (with no-slip strips) and a fitted bodice with padded cups. Gathering at the waist tops an overlapping tulip maxi skirt. Hidden back zipper/clasp. Fully lined. Shell: 65% Rayon, 35% Nylon. Lining: 100% Polyester. I am 5’2 and this was about an inch too long, but with higher heels it would work for this height.
