Gathering at the waist tops an overlapping tulip maxi skirt. Hidden back zipper/clasp. Fully lined. Shell: 65% Rayon, 35% Nylon. Lining: 100% Polyester. I am 5’2 and this was about an inch too long, but with higher heels it would work for this height.
