Decorated with a blue, yellow, and green floral print throughout, shapes bustier-inspired cups and a sweetheart neckline accented with ruffled trim, supported by wide, tying straps at the shoulders. A set-in waist tops an A-line maxi skirt (with a side slit) that falls to a tiered, ruffle hem. Hidden back zipper/clasp. Measurements flat across: 16" across bust, 14" across natural (high) waist, 47" long measured from top of neckline, about 53" from top of where I have (adjustable) straps tied.
