Very cute dress that is petite friendly Shoulder to hem: ~29 inches Waist: ~12 inches Waist is stretchy so it is not tight Cute for spring and summer! For me, as my bust is on the smaller size, the front of dress gape if I lean forward (my only problem with the dress) — I use clothing tape to help it stick to skin
