High fitted waist sits above a flaring mini skirt with a hidden back zipper/clasp. Great for prom, homecoming, date night, gala, formal, cocktail, bachelorette party, wedding guest. Flaws: None noted. Excellent condition, looks new. Back zipper did not fully lace up on my mannequin (too small) but it works perfectly.
