This purple dress is a shiny, metallic fabric. It's NOT soft, it's "swishy" when you walk/ touch it. It is structured with darts on both sides. It has a deep V, adjustable straps and POCKETS! This dress is short. Worn once to a bachelorette party (as pictured on me - I am 5'5' for reference). Flares out slightly at the bottom.
