Lulu’s size M navy blue floor length dress. Sleeveless. Elastic waist with tie. Halter neckline with tie so it is adjustable. Sexy key hole in back. Slit on skirt. Unlined top. Lined as mini skirt on bottom. Floor length size M. I’m 5 9 / 5 10 and this was floor length on me. Could be worn as maternity because of where the waist hits and its stretch. Waist has stretch/ elastic, fabric does not. GUC. Still has dry cleaning tag on it. Ties have some fray.
