This Lulus dress has never been worn and still has tags. It is black as a base color with velvet flowers in jewel tones along the whole dress - super pretty color shifts in the light! It is a maxi dress with a slit up the thigh. It has a zip closure and a belt at the waist. One of the belt loops is detached from the dress and will need to be sewn back on if you want to have the belt and have it go through the loop, but should be a very easy fix. The straps are adjustable as well.
